Musicollaborative FamJam for Children Ages 2-7 and their Caregivers
Facilitated by Elementary & Early Childhood Music Specialist Kaya MartÃnez
Hosted by Annette West Music Studio (uptown near Tipitina's)
This 70-minute session is designed for families to explore listening, singing, moving, playing and creating together in a small group setting. Time is allowed for exploration and the guided facilitation includes vocal and instrumental music making and movement. The carefully selected and diverse repertoire for Musicollaborative sessions emphasizes positive vibrations drawn from Blues, Jazz, Latin grooves and sounds of African diaspora along with favorites from the Crescent City soundscape.
