Summer Dinner
NOTE: We had to reschedule this Class to Saturday August 19th at 6:00PM.
Join us for a summer dinner on Saturday August 19th at 6:00PM.
Tomatoes are one of the stars of summer and we are going to feature them in two dishes for this class. We'll create a caprese pasta salad featuring the tomatoes and mozzarella. For a side, we will make a classic stuffed tomato dish.
For our main dish, we'll marinate pork tenderloin with Italian flavor and make a Basil Mint Pesto to serve with it.
Last for dessert, we will take a favorite dessert and make a summer version - Peach Tiramisu.
