Spring Shorts Festival 2014

Urban Waves @ Open Hydrant Theater Company is the experimental, edgier side of Open Hydrant Theater Company. OH is the only Equity Ensemble theatre company in the Bronx and celebrates family oriented theater by introducing the classics in a fun and interactive way.

Located at The Point, URBAN WAVES presents it's Spring SHORTS Play Festival. New short plays selected from playwrights from across the country will be directed and performed by members of Urban Waves @ Open Hydrant. Come and experience the inception of a unique brand of theatre in an enriched community and creative environment.

Open Hydrant Theater Company is committed to developing new voices that will reverberate throughout the community, and the world. We ask you to come and share this new experience with us, over drinks, food, laughter and earnest discourse.
