9/23 Let's Make Mozzarella!
Take the mystery out of making cheese with this hands-on class. We will make mozzarella together, eat cheese, and talk about cheese. This class will be held at the Chuckanut Center. Here the class size is limited to 10 people, keeping it small and fun.
