BDSM and the Law
This 90 minute course will provide attendees with a basic
overview of the law (with particular emphasis on Arizona and
California) as it pertains to BDSM activities and considerations for unmarried couples (both straight and gay). Topics will include consent, indecent exposure, criminal and civil law considerations, as well as wills, powers of attorney and other legal documents that unmarried partners should have in place.
