Description To effectively market your work to clients, you need to know what you've done in the past and who may want to buy your services in the future. Sounds easy, right? Not really. Too many firms have a variety of programs, databases, spreadsheets and bits of paper, all containing parts of their past project work information and potential future clients and leads. In this 90-minute session, the hosts will provide an overview of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases, best practices and their experiences wresting with data. We will then break into small groups and discuss problems faced in choosing or implementing a system no matter the size of your firm. Finally, we will come back together to share our collective wisdom and what steps you can take upon returning to work.
