"Medea"
"Medea", Euripides' Greek tragedy first produced in 431 BC, continues the story of Medea and Jason (of Argonaut fame) after they have married, spent years together, produced two children, and suffered the pain of a relationship gone terribly awry. This story begins as Jason's plan to marry another woman sets into motion a series of violent, malevolent acts by Medea as she takes revenge on him in ways he could never imagine.
