The tour has multiple dates and most tours end with VIP seats at a 2-hour special event, drag karaoke or drag music bingo. And don't worry if a real airplane is not available for the tour, as the one-mile trip will be on foot. But that won't stop you from experiencing the high-flying adventure that "Beer Flight" has planned for you. The after-party event is not available on all tours, so be sure to ask about it when booking your ticket. This is the perfect way to spend an afternoon or evening, so grab your friends and get ready for an unforgettable experience. The sky's the limit with this unique first-class experience!
Upon arrival at one of Asheville's premier craft breweries, guests will be greeted by a world-class drag queen who will serve as their stewardess for the night. As guests wait for the "flight" to board, they will have the opportunity to mingle with their fellow passengers. The tour will then take off, with the drag queen leading the way through the vibrant streets of Asheville. Although a real airplane may not be available, all seats are first-class and drinks are included. Guests will be treated like royalty, with no cover and no waiting at the breweries along the route, and a guided tasting of each flight.
The "Beer Flight" is a highly anticipated and limited seating special event that you won't want to miss. Make sure to secure your tickets early to avoid disappointment! In addition to being a fun night out, it's also a fundraiser to support the Bearded Lady Productions 501c3, which hosts various entertainment events to raise funds for over 15 local organizations that promote acceptance, equity, and community welfare. WHAT ABOUT THE WEATHER? - Other than their mascara, drag queens are not waterproof. However, in case of inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will do our best to reschedule your tour for another date and time that works for you. If we are unable to reschedule, we will issue a full refund.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL? - According to our cancellation policy, you will receive a full refund if you cancel 14 days prior to your scheduled tour. However, refunds will not be given if you cancel less than 2 weeks before your tour. All last-minute cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full. Exceptions will not be made to this rule under any circumstance. Additionally, you will receive a 100% refund if the tour is canceled for any reason.
CODE OF CONDUCT - All guests must abide by our Code of Conduct. If anyone violates any of these actions, you will be removed immediately and the tour may be canceled at our discretion and no refund will be honored. The following actions are not allowed and include but are not limited to the following:
Physical or verbal harassment or assault towards other guests or staff members.
Discrimination or hate speech based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic.
Intoxication to the point of being disruptive or unsafe.
Damaging property or stealing.
Bringing weapons or illegal substances on the tour.
Disregard for safety rules or instructions given by staff members.
