Join chef, artist, and Modernist Cuisine co-author Maxime Bilet for a fun evening highlighting Maxime's signature cooking style while exploring the fascinating role of street food in today's culture.
Doors open at 7 p.m. with a glass of something sparkly and an appetizer. The modern-style street food adventure begins at 7:30.

Ticket prices include an 8-10 course dinner, a gift bag, and tax/gratuity.
