Belly Dance Blast
Join us at 10:30 am every Saturday for a fun-filled hour of belly dance aerobics. This is a special conditioning class designed to tone your muscles, increase your flexibility and enhance your natural grace for an overall body workout. This is a wonderful way to get your heart pumping as you dance to some fabulous Middle-Eastern music.
$10. Drop-in classes. No need to pre-register. Start your weekend off with a non-stop hour of Belly Dancing every Saturday morning.
