Fremont Fireside Chat: Barb Luecke Speaks On Fremont Public Art

The Fremont Fireside Chat series, sponsored by HomeStreet Bank, shares stories and details on the culture, people, history and events of the 'Center of the Universe.' This live, free, one-hour presentation will focus on some aspect of Fremont, in an entertaining and educational format.

In March, hear from Barbara Luecke about the art of Fremont. Luecke co-founded the Fremont Arts Council Solstice Parade (and still serves on the non-profit arts organization's Board of Directors,) and she facilitated the grant and the public process that brought a Troll to Fremont. She currently works as Public Art Program Manager for Sound Transit.

Come learn more about the eclectic and many layered art collection of Fremont in this casual, friendly discussion. Held at History House of Greater Seattle, the Fremont Fireside Chat series is hosted by Fremocentrist.com
