Time to crush some palates! After a month off, we are ready to get back in the ring. Get your gloves on, jump in the ring and prepare your palate.

Tasting Room Talk (Why we taste in the order we taste)
As always, we like to get a little knowledge into this first flight. This flight will show why tasting wines in a certain order will benefit your palate. This is a topic that can go many ways but we will show you, with our wines, how we like to approach it.
Screw Green Beer! (Stouts and Irish Reds)
No, seriously. Screw the green beer. It's food coloring for Patty's sake. If you want to feel Irish, you grab a Guinness, no? After all, it's listed in the BJCP Guidelines as a paradigmatic example of the classic style of (Irish) Dry Stout. But what else is on that list? And what makes a stout a stout? Do they all come in cans with that cool widget? Are they really more of a "meal in a glass" than other beers?

Friday Night Flights aims to bring a 1...2...punch to your palate. This isn't Rocky Vs. Apollo Creed, this is a battle for your palate. This is an experience that will have you outside of your comfort zone trying to find a way back in. FNF
