Sex After Hysterectomy
Sex therapist Bryna Barsky-Ex joins us to help post-hysterectomy women and their partners understand the changes in their bodies and sexuality after this procedure. Increase the size of your "sex basket" (aka repetoire) and enhance your sexual experience and learn to more comfortably communicate sexual, emotional, and physical needs to a partner. We'll also cover physical and psychological changes due to hysterectomy, changes to a woman's bodily responses post-procedure, and learn about medical and sex therapy treatment options after a hysterectomy.
