Berks Movie Madness Film Festival: The Art of Ray Dennis Steckler
Saturday, October 7. 1-5 p.m. $5 admission. Reading's Ray Dennis Steckler graduated from Reading High in 1955, headed out to Hollywood and never looked back. He's an acknowledged leader in psychotronic filmmaking. We present two of his favorites--1965's "Lemon Grove Kids Meet the Monsters" and 1966's "Rat Pfink A Boo Boo." Also, a surprise reel of Ray's boyhood years in Reading. Ray is scheduled to appear for a Q&A, circumstances permitting.
