Berks Movie Madness Film Festival: "Cutter's Way" and "Reading 1974"
Friday, October 6. 7 p.m. $5 admission. 1981's "Cutter's Way" is an orignal, unpredictable buddy suspense film starring Jeff Bridges, John Heard and Reading's own Lisa Eichhorn, who will be available for a live Q&A. "Reading 1974: Portrait of a City" is the famous local documentary made by Gary Adlestein, Jerry Orr and Costa Mantis. It premiered at Reading's Fox Midtown in May 1975. A live Q&A also scheduled following the film. Lisa Eichhorn is teaching an 8-hour master acting class during the Berks Movie Madness Film Festival at the GoggleWorks in two 4-hour sessions on Sat., Oct. 7 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and on Sun., Oct. 8 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost is $50 for both Saturday and Sunday and size is limited to 20 students.
