Beer Flavor Identification, Part 3
In the final part of flavor training, we will demonstrate some off-flavors including creamed corn, "sweaty socks" and "baby sick". You'll probably want to follow with a good beer after those! We will repeat our teaching of proper tasting,techniques. Those who have attended all three parts of the series will take home the 10 oz cervoise tasting glass.
