Kamuela Philharmonic Orchestra Concert
The winners of the third annual young artist competition will be featured in this concert. The auditions this year were for string players and two young violinist were chosen to solo with the orchestra.
Kisa Uradomo from Maui and Elizabeth Sekona from the Big Island will be featured in Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto and Lalo's Symphonie Espagnole respectively.
Also on the program will be Dvorak's famous Symphony #9 "From the New World" and Mendelssohn's Fingal's Cave Overature (Hebrides). We continue our year of celebration with audience favorites that we have performed in our last ten seasons
All of this will occur on the award winning Mauna Lani Resort.
Please join us and enjoy the day.
There will be picnic lunches available for intermission and the wonderful lawn there.
