Pysanky- Ukrainian Easter Egg Decorating
Learn the Ukrainian egg decorating tradition of Pysanky and try this ancient craft yourself. Made using a wax batik method, Pysanky incorporates different symbols and shapes, and are brightly and intricately colored. Decorate eggs with traditional designs or create something all your own. Ages 9 and up. Taught by Susan Clark.
Sunday, April 6th 2 - 4pm
$15 per person. Additional decorating kits will be available for purchase should you want to try your hand at home.
Registration will open to Members on March 1, and to Non-Members on March 15 (space permitting). Enrollment limited to 20 people.
