Estate Planning for Today's Woman
This is Mr. Hastings's second seminar on estate planning for todays woman. During his years of practice he has noticed a lack of educational opportunities to help women with their estate planning. His goal is to help educate today's women in all stages of life so that they are prepared for loss of a spouse or partner, a change in marital status, or providing for their childrens higher education, etc. The seminar is an all-day event featuring special guest speakers and valuable information. The topics include organizing finances, reducing income taxes, planning investments, considering retirement, establishing 529 plans for financing childrens education, encountering widowhood, preparing to be single, arranging for long-term care, and understanding life insurance. Mr. Hastings will also discuss legacy protection. There will be an interactive question-and-answer session.
The event will be held at the Four Points by Sheraton San Rafael. The Marin Room is wheelchair accessible and will be set up classroom style, with approximately four to five persons per table. Each person will be provided water, sweets, and a notepad and pencil. Snacks and lunch are included in the ticket price.
