March Chapter Meeting: The Evolution of Practice - Computational Thinking in the Design Studio
Although parametric design and design computation came to prominence primarily through the formally complex work of early innovators, the real impact of data-driven design methodologies may actually be found far beneath the surface of today's best buildings. Forward-looking design firms are applying advanced computational design techniques to address questions of performance at all scales. This presentation will be given by Nicholas Desbians, AIA of NBBJ, and is presented by the TAP Committee. 1.0 LU
