AIWF Chocolate Tasting at MarieBelle
Part one guests learn a brief history of chocolate as well as its origin and how the bean to bar process work.
Part two guests learn how to properly "taste and savour" chocolate. This is similar to a wine tasting only with chocolate. Through a sampling of some covertures (bars) from different regions of the world and of different cacao percentages, guests receive an understanding for the many personalities of cacao, As well as learn proper tasting techniques and how to differentiate quality chocolate from the rest.
During the third and final part, guests learn to pair a number of MarieBelle's signature ganache with different beverages like teas, coffees, wines and spirits.
