Anger and resentment are toxins best cleared with love and forgiveness. Through this powerful combination of spiritual teachings, sacred practices and authentic participation, you will cultivate a life-enriching forgiveness practice for more powerful, centered and joyful living. In this four-session class you will: 1) identify patterns and conditioning that trigger you, 2) learn to disengage from the lure of unhealthy judgment and revenge, 3) reclaim your spiritual power in risky interactions, and 4) free yourself from the self-sabotaging effects of holding un-forgiveness.
