With just a little know how you can easily make sauerkraut and a variety of other lacto fermented vegetables in your home. Well discuss the history, science and health benefits of this time honored food tradition before diving into a hands-on demonstration. You'll go home with a jar of salted cabbage that will magically turn into delicious sauerkraut a few days later and the knowledge and confidence to do it again.
