About the Play
What happens when our best intentions betray us? A paranoid mother clings to her last desperate hope to protect her family: an illustrious gentleman caller for her daughter. But when all her attempts threaten not only the well-being of her daughter, but also her son, the future of the Wingfield family hangs in the balance. The Glass Menagerie delicately weaves together the complicated dynamic of family with the etherial quality of memory, all the while asking how far we should go to protect the ones we love.
