Shake Your Booty, Island Style! with Layla La'Moon

Mondays 6:30-7:30pm March 10-31

Learn to isolate and move your hips while getting a great low-impact workout in this Tahitian style hula dance class! In this 4-week series, you will learn the basics of Tahitian dancing including how to:

Ami
Tamau
Tama
Varu
Otamu
Fa'arapu

Each class will have exercises in improvisation and short combinations of choreography that focus on the movement basics mentioned above. By the end of the session, students will learn a simple Otea (tahitian routine).

Cancellation Policies:

If your class is cancelled by the instructor, your payment will be refunded in full as soon as possible. If you've pre-paid a class or deposit and need to cancel 10 days or more before the class, you will be refunded 50% of your deposit. No refunds will be made in the 9 days before a class or once the class has started and there are no refunds for missed classes.
