Alchemy Cocktail Class @ The Pinewood

Enjoying cocktails in great company shouldn't only be reserved for outings at local watering holes. While certain aspects of being behind a bar aren't exactly intuitive, it's most definitely not rocket science! We at The Pinewood believe that everyone should know how to make a few fantastic drinks to celebrate the great things in life, or to iron out the rougher ones. Join us bi-monthly for intimate hands-on courses that break down the basics of mixing great drinks at home. We'll be highlighting the tools, methods, and preparation we use on a daily basis while having each participant actually mix a round of drinks. Each class will provide four cocktails, three rounds of passed hors d'oeuvres, two horrible jokes by Julian, and one Pinewood T-shirt.
