Words & Wine with Ruth Reichl
Words & Wine events take place at the elegant Pan Pacific Hotel, where guests mingle with the author while sipping award-winning wines from Chateau Ste. Michelle and enjoying savory nibbles hosted by Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle and prepared by John Howie's Seastar Restaurant & Raw Bar.
For the highlight of the evening, the engaging Warren Etheredge, of The Warren Report, leads an intimate on-stage interview and conversation with the author.
A copy of the book, signed for you by the author after the interview, is included in the ticket cost, as well as the wine and appetizers.

Ruth Reichl is the Editor in Chief of Gourmet magazine and the author of three bestselling memoirs, "Comfort Me With Apples," "Tender at the Bone," and "Garlic and Sapphires." For those who have read her books, we know Reichl's mother as 'the notorious almost-food-poisoner' and 'the Queen of Mold', and in many ways Reichl shaped her life to be in direct contrast to her mother's. After her mother's death, Reichl finds her personal journal, which sends her on a clear-eyed, openhearted investigation of her mother's life, and the life of a woman she realizes she never really knew.
