Sunday Dinner Club CASSOULET DINNER
As you know, our taproom is not equipped with a kitchen. Problem is: we love food. Solution: why not ask our friends at SDC/HBFC to do a "residency" at our taproom. They said "yes." We said "yeay!" And we are happy to announce that the first of many recurrent dinners is going to be held on Monday Feb. 17th. For our maiden residency we have settled on none other than SDC's French-bean-stew-gone-rogue Cassoulet. The cassoulet is served in a big 'ol bowl with extra strong dijon mustard and comes with chocolate mint cookie truffles for dessert -- you also get two pints of any of our beers on tap, plus a 5 oz pour to go with dessert. Price for the combo: a democratic $40. Stay warm 'til then!
