This Concert will feature artists performing works composed by women and/or persons from historically underrepresented racial/ethnic groups as well as well known arias/songs with the encouragement of artists' individual gender expression.

Our mission is fueled by community orientation and high quality programming standards, upnext arts commits to supporting a world where art is essential to thriving communities through equity & accessibility. upnext arts will select and showcase top talent from artists performing works composed by women and/or persons from historically underrepresented racial/ethnic groups while creating award winning creative experiences. To name its purpose, this group is an emerging artist program directed by Kimani Iba.
The artistic goal is to produce one mainstage Opera Concert or Production in the spring and one fundraising Gala event in the fall, with roles filled by singing artists who have an interest in performing historically underrepresented classical vocal works.
Tickets are non-refundable.
COVID-19 Safety Requirements: Masks are encouraged but not required for all attendees.
