WInner Winner - Chicken Dinner
Are you looking for recipes for chicken breasts? Then join meon Saturday April 1st as we make three dinner dishes with chicken.
We are going to make Chicken Piccata - this is chicken breasts with a butter, caper, lemon sauce. We'll also make Chicken Breast with Prosciutto and Sage - this is a saltimbocca style dish using chicken instead of the traditional veal. We'll also make a dish we had on our first trip to Florence - Florentine Balsamic Chicken.
We of course have to make a dessert, so we'll be making bananas foster with vanilla ice cream.
