Join Kitsap Conservation District for Earth Day 2023 as we plant a variety of native tree and shrub species along Olalla Creek to help restore vital salmon habitat! This event is free, and we welcome people of all ages to help us in this important cause!
This is an AmeriCorps-sponsored event for the Earth Day of Service, hosted by KCD AmeriCorps members.
Make sure to bring:
- rain gear
- waterproof shoes
- food/snacks/water
- gardening gloves
- shovels (if possible)
Important Notes:
There are different animal enclosures at this site, so please do not feed animals / enter animal areas without supervision or permission.
Be prepared for any and all weather. Please carpool if possible as parking is limited.
Allergen Note: This property does host farm animals, waterfowl, and household pets.
