A Mother's Day Tea with "Beatrix Potter"
Join us in a celebration of Motherhood at Centennial Heritage Museum. Enjoy the beauty of spring in the shade pavilion overlooking the museum's rose garden. Actress Judith Helton will entertain us with her portrayal of author and artist Beatrix Potter, creator of Peter Rabbit, Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle, Jemima Puddleduck, and countless other beloved childhood characters. Ms. Helton's presentation begins at 11:00, followed at noon by a traditional English tea and an opportunity drawing. All proceeds from the tea will be used to benefit the children's educational programs offered by the Centennial Heritage Museum.
