SWS Musical Club Presents: The Phantom Tollbooth
Seattle Waldorf School presents: The Phantom Tollbooth!
Adapted from Norton Juster's beloved children's book, The Phantom Tollbooth brings the adventures of Milo & Tock to the stage. Milo is bored with his life until he discovers The Phantom Tollbooth and is transported to the Land of Wisdom. Milo is then thrust into a grand adventure when he learns that Princesses Rhyme and Reason need rescuing to bring peace between two kings. They are divided over which is more important: words or numbers. Knee-deep in danger, language and math along the way, Milo learns everything has a purpose. Along the way he realizes there is never a reason to be bored in a world full of so many things to discover.
Good for all ages.
Run time: 60 minutes
Performances will be Friday and Saturday, March 17 (6pm) and March 18 (2pm), in Huckleberry Hall (2728 NE 100th St)
