Tastings With Cate: Italy
Fall in love with Italian wines! Join Certified Sommelier and H&F Bottle Shop Manager Cate Hatch for an intimate tasting of hand-selected red and white wines from Italy.
In this class, the first of our 2014 series, Cate and Assistant Store Manager Ryan Stotz will highlight Northwest Italy, including Piedmont, Liguria, Lombardi, Valle d'Aosta and Emilia Romano. The wines poured express the unique terroir of this region and demonstrate the care and craftsmanship of its winemakers.
The culinary team at Restaurant Eugene will provide light bites to pair with these great wines.
Seating is limited to eight people.
