The Grand Tasting is a Master Sommelier led experience including a reception, 3 flights of elite wines, and Chefs Table menu pairings from our Executive Chef. This is a not-to-be-missed, enhanced tasting experience
Master Sommelier John Blazon, a former Wine Director at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, served in this capacity for 13 years, overseeing wine programs across all Walt Disney World locations, such as theme parks, resorts, and innovative concepts. He was responsible for establishing comprehensive wine program standards, including product selection, service quality, and training protocols.
