We will take the mystery out of cheesemaking using local Twin Brooks Creamery Milk. We will talk about cheese, eat cheese and make cheese. This is a 101-level class. Our 102-level class is cow milk Feta cheese. All-ages welcome. The class size is limited to 8 people.
