SAUCE & BREAD DINNER
While visitors to our city continue to dwell on "how can you guys live in this weather?!" we have been busy putting together a series of dinners that will warm your soul and light up your tastebuds.
The first dinner in this February of Feasts is with our good friends from up the street at Sauce and Bread. Here's the menu, people:
- Roast Chayote caramelized onion and ricotta salata tart with salsa verde,
- Chorizo Meatball, diablo gravy on demi baguette with pickled beet slaw,
- Cashew thumbprint cookie with pineapple center.
Dinner includes two pints of beer of your choice, and a 5oz pour to go along with the cookie.
