Valentine's Date Night Class

If you are looking for a great menu to celebrate Valentine's day, look no further. This is a menu you can recreate to celebrate at home together with your loved one.

For this menu, we are going to start with Stuffed Mushrooms. We will stuff mushrooms with an Italian Sausage filling and cooked in red wine. For our entree, we will make Beef Casanova. This is a filet steak with a brandy port cream sauce. You can't go wrong when you have a steak with a lucious sauce like this one.

When we lived in Austin, TX, one of our celebration restaurants is the now closed Hudson's on the Bend. One of their signature sides is corn pudding. We'll be making the recipe to go along with the steak.

For dessert, we will enjoy a Chocolate Mint Ice Cream Pie. A great way to end this menu!
