The Whiskeys of Heaven Hill
Heaven Hill in Bardstown, Kentucky, is the 3rd largest producer of American whiskey and the best place to taste the diversity of the American style. Each whiskey in this flight has a distinctively-different mash bill. Included are rye-recipe and wheated bourbons, straight rye, and the only straight wheat whiskey from a major producer. What they all have in common is the new, charred oak barrel.
