TASTE 2014 Master vs. Master Wine Dinner at The Black House
Join us for a truly unique evening of delicious food with thoughtfully selected wine pairings. Two noted area chefs, two wine masters & a pastry chef will present a memorable opportunity to learn about wine by letting you have some participatory fun in the process.
Your evening will begin with passed hors d'oeuvres and a wine toast. You'll proceed to a seated 3-course meal, with accompanying wines hand-selected by the wine masters, before concluding with dessert from an acclaimed area pastry chef.
You'll learn more about each wine and why each it was selected. Here's where things get exciting: You will then choose your favorite wine with each course, putting the two masters in competition! Don't worry, everybody wins at this dinner (most of all, the diners); but we'll get to see which master's wine choices were most enjoyed at the end of the evening.
If you like what you taste, you can purchase any of the featured wines after dinner.
