Come join us for brinner (breakfast for dinner) February 7th. Chef Darius Hamilton will be preparing a 4-course breakfast themed dinner. All plates will be served with a special cocktail prepared with Two James spirits

Course 1
Drink: Gin Gold Rush - Two James Gail Force Citrus gin, honey syrup, lemon juice, topped with a whipped lemon-honey air.
Dish: Avocado Toast - Herb whipped goat cheese, smashed avocado, toasted pepitas, local honeycomb, red chili flakes, poached egg.

Course 2
Drink: Rum Ham Milk Punch - Two James Doctor Bird rum, Two James Johnny Smoking Gun Whiskey, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, aquafaba whole milk, garnished with star anise & nutmeg.
Dish: Chicken & Waffles; Strawberry lemon thyme waffle.

Course 3
Drink: Smoked Black Manhattan - Two James Johnny Smoking Gun Whiskey, Amaro Montenegro, molasses bitters, chocolate bitters, smoked.
Dish: NY Strip Steak & Eggs

Course 4
Drink: Espresso Martini - Two James 28 Island Vodka, Two James Coffee Liqueur, Coffeehaus cold brew, topped with whipped coffee and chocolate shavings.
Dish: White Chocolate Cranberry Bread Pudding
