Maximilien Cooking Class: Foie Gras
If you love French cuisine, chances are you've heard of something called 'foie gras'. In this class, Chef Christian Potvin will demonstrate to you how to properly prepare (and enjoy!) this renowned French delicacy, easily adding a gourmet touch to your French-inspired menus. Upon completion, you'll surely be able to impress your dinner guests with your own rendition of cured foie gras, foie gras au torchon, and seared fresh foie gras! In addition, you will prepare a surprisingly delectable foie-inspired dessert, and enjoy it with a glass of wine. Carlos Romero of Maximilien will demonstrate the perfect wines to accompany the new dishes in your repertoire.
This class will take place on Saturday, February 22nd, from 1PM to 3PM, and includes generous foie gras portions and wine tasting.
