Synopsis
The Teller is a story about telling stories. It is also a series of fantastical tales about greedy kings, vengeful pigs, murderous horses and a sad but brilliant goose. It is NOT secretly about the author, or his fear that his life is spinning out of control. There will be NO SUBTEXT in this play at all. The story about the beautiful rooster who worries that his life is spinning out of control has been cut. Come prepared for escapist entertainment.

About Cyrus Leddy
Cyrus Leddy is a writer, performer and sound designer living in Providence. He has been an artist-in-residence at Perishable Theatre, AS220, and The Wilbury Theatre Group. Previously, his radio play Destefano on the Air was produced by The Wilbury Group as part of their 2010-11 season.

About New Works at The Wilbury Group
Founded in response to the clear need for an artists and new works development program in the city of Providence, the New Works program at The Wilbury Group allows audiences to experience the "birth" of a play.
