An Evening of Modern Cooking, Art, and Enchantment with Maxime Bilet
Join chef, artist, and Modernist Cuisine co-author Maxime Bilet for an evening that will highlight Maxime's signature cuisine and explore the many fascinating roles of food.
Through a series of multiple tastes and sensations, you will be treated to an inspiring journey through delicious applications of modern cooking, powerful flavors, sound and visual performances: a most delightful and unique feast of the senses! We'll be using some of the best products from WA state, ranging from Taylor Shellfish to Theo Chocolate, Mikuni Wild Harvest, Mair Taki Farm and Maison Bleue Wine Dinner starts at 7 pm, with a cocktail and appetizer reception, followed by seating at 7:30 pm.
**Seating is limited to 10 guests for each evening.** Ticket prices, which include the full experience, as well as tax and gratuity, are as follows:
