Los Angeles Valley College department of Theater Arts presents a brand new adaptation of Lewis Carroll's classic Alice books, with original music by Matt Sheridan and Eric Killian.
The cast features LAVC students Matt McLaughlin, Ruben Hernandez, Maisha Grace, Lisa Marie Woods, Iselle Pena, Joclyn Palucho, Nicholas Goodreau, Jason Blanco, Kiki Bennett, Allena von Cayce, Shahid Thoronka, Veronica Vasquez, Mike Perrenoud, Shanti Smith-Mensah, Conrad Cruz, Sarkis Bakalyan, Nancy Garcia, Douglas Bruner, Mary Onyango, Kate Reinking, Phredi Cason, Tiana Goss, Marena Rosado, Monica Michele Fleming, Jazmine Sanchez, Natasha Lopez, Vincent Smith, Karla Romo, Channing Moore, Steven Montoya, Louis Lake III. The Production Stage Manager is Billy Hernandez. Assistant Stage Managers are Rachel Sonski, and Casey Post.
The Set and Lighting Designs are by LAVC Theater professor Jennifer L. Read (with student assistants Hector Figueroa and Antonio Cruz-Ventura). Costume Design by Mary Reilly (with student assistant Aurora Sanchez). Vocal director is Roberta Wall, musical director Andrew Orbison. Choreographer is Katherine Ko.
All evening performances are at 8:00pm in the Horseshoe Theater, Los Angeles Valley College. Our official opening night is Wednesday, April 23 and performances continue April 24, 25, 26 and 27 with a 2pm matinee as well as a 8:00pm evening show on Saturday April 26 and a 2pm matinee on Sunday April 27.
