UW Medical Data Science Symposium
The 2023 UW Institute for Medical Data Science Symposium will bring together the community studying artificial intelligence and data science in medicine to hear presentations in the discipline from local and national leaders and to participate in the building of our community. Come to collaborate, learn and meet new people on our path to advancing AI and health. As a joint collaboration between between the Schools of Medicine and Public Health and the College of Engineering, including the Allen School for Computer Science and Engineering, the IMDS Symposium will feature:
-Talks by leading UW centers featuring global state of the art research -Prominent scientists and providers discussing successes, opportunities, and challenges -Workshop and education opportunities for graduate students -Breakouts and panel discussions for multidisciplinary collaboration -Poster presentations on research projects -Community building and networking including a celebratory reception.
This event will be held Monday, February 27th (12 p.m. to 6 p.m.) and Tuesday, February 28th (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.) in the Lyceum Room of the Husky Union Building (HUB) on the University of Washington campus. Agenda details will be finalized after January 1st.
