Tours are held rain or shine, hot or cold. All sales are final and non-refundable. There are no partial refunds for no shows, late arrivals or partial attendance. Tours may be canceled due to extenuating circumstances beyond our control. If a tour is canceled, ticket holders receive a full refund or, at their option, credit for another tour.
