"AUP Presents: Kids on Broadway - a cabaret"

"Kids on Broadway a cabaret"
GREENFIELD, IN Lawrence-based Acting Up Productions (AUP) will present "Kids on Broadway a cabaret" on February 8, 9, 13, 14, 15 at the Creative Arts and Event Center in Greenfield, IN.
"Kids on Broadway a cabaret" is a musical celebration of the most popular Broadway shows starring or about kids. Eight, old and new, Broadway shows will be presented in a review-type setting; Annie, Oliver, The Sound of Music, Ruthless, The Secret Garden, Gypsy, Bye Bye Birdie and Broadway's newest sensation, Matilda-the Musical.
This cabaret was created and written by AUP owner R. Brian Noffke. Roger Smith arranged the music and serves as music/vocal director. The cast includes many new performers to AUP; Holly Hathaway, Robert Bollerman, Rose Bollerman, Delaney Mullins, Jack Peine, Bria Grobey, Ella Grobey, Katharine Ruegger, Harper L. Holden. AUP Alum and Company Member, Liz Porter (Twelfth Night, Wishes & Dreams, Sondheim Cabaret & Where Are You Christmas?). Noffke, not only will serve as the show's director, but will also be the show's "Host" for the evening. Noffke's twin brother, Christopher, will serve as the show's choreographer and assistant director.
"Kids on Broadway" will be presented Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 p.m. and Sundays at 2:30 p.m., February 7 through February 15, with an additional 7:30 show on Thursday, February 13. All shows are at the Creative Arts and Event Center, 2 West Main Street, Greenfield. Tickets are $12 Reserved or $10 for Seniors/Students with ID and $15/$12 at the door. Intermission includes punch and a snack for the kids. An open-cash bar for all over the age of 21, will be provided by the Creative Arts and Event Center.
