Shamanic Breathwork Journey
How does the breath actually work? All these will be explained and practiced as the workshop leads into the experience as a collective meditation. Breath control helps us move energy that can be stuck in the body & mind.

Meditation can be hard in a modern world that is loud & fast mentally & physically. These techniques allow us to flow into a deep meditative state (Delta & Theta waves). Here is where the mind can find silence in stillness as we return to sacredness. The drums and sounds alter our consciousness

Hamilton supports and facilitates safe spaces for people to experience & be a witness to self. To enter into a deep state of bliss with the guidance of Breathwork & sound with a touch of music at the end to do some light movement to let the new energy flow as we go into a dance then close with a silent meditation

Shamanic Practice is as old as time and indigenous people of the world have understood how to tap into consciousness with breath & sound. The power of sound can be felt down to the cellular level by the didgeridoo, drums & voice. This is somatic energy being felt & moved through the body.
