Sunday Supper at Chinook Farms
Join SnoValley Tilth at Chinook Farms for a very special table-to-farm dinner prepared by chef-to-watch Amy Stauch. Guests will arrive to farm-fresh appetizers and a glass of wine or beer, then be invited to see parts of the farm and talk to some of SnoValley Tilth's farmers. The three-course dinner will be a rustic, farm fresh, Italian meal featuring products grown directly at Chinook Farms, along with other local SnoValley Tilth member farms. As the sun starts to dip, Chef Amy will serve the evening's dessert to cap off this delectable evening.
